Gas Pipe and Fittings are now CSA and UPC Listed

How do I know if I need this listing?

The Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC®) published by IAPMO is required by many local building departments or other local jurisdictions when gas pipe is installed in a non-regulated or after meter application. Most gas utility companies do not require this listing.

The Canadian Standards Association (CSA®) is the largest standards development organization (SDO) in Canada, with the widest subject area recognition. They also work with other SDOs around the world as key contributor to international and harmonized standards activities. All natural gas system components sold for use in Canada must be certified to CSA B137.4.
