Yes, you can field bend PE gas pipe. Use caution not to exceed the allowable bend radius as shown in the table below. Exceeding the allowable bend radius may cause the pipe to kink.

Yes.  DriscoPlex® 6500 Series is the product most commonly used for LPG/propane systems. For LPG gas systems the maximum allowable operating pressure should be limited to 30 psig or less as recommended by PPI Technical Report TR-22.
