Water Distribution and Transmission

Polyethylene pressure pipe is used worldwide for water distribution and transmission systems. DriscoPlex® 4000 (DIPS) and 4100 (IPS) high-density polyethylene pipe and fittings meet or exceed all requirements of AWWA C901 (1/2” through 3”) and AWWA C906 (4” through 54”) for their respective sizes.  DriscoPlex® piping components are made from pressure-rated PE4710 (PE3408), extra-high molecular weight, high-density polyethylene material to provide an optimum balance of performance and properties to meet the stringent demands of today's municipal water distribution and transmission systems.
